My new office is now open and immediately available to accept patients; new patients as well as established patients. As many of you know, I cherish and respect each one of my patients and it is my sincere wish that my established patients follow me to my new location; and indeed my former group has given full permission for you to follow me to my new practice. I have already set up a mechanism wherein all your old records can be transferred to my new office at your request. Please call right away so that we can initiate the process of having your original chart sent to my new office.
In addition, I have always felt honored when you have referred your friends and family as new patients to my practice. And I will be accepting new patients right away and of course promise to take care of them with the utmost care and respect.
